"I've been using the Jane Iredale Multiuse Blending brush to apply foundation and I prefer it to this brush. The Foundation brush head is smaller and might be good for touching up, but for overall liquid foundation application and blending, I'll stick with the Blending brush."

"I have purchased this brush 2x and had it replaced by the spa I purchased it from once. So obviously I like Jane Iredale products and wanted to like this brush. The problem is the bristles constantly come out while you are applying your makeup. It’s horrible. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but I don’t over-clean my brushes or treat them in a way to cause this but I’m always left with stray brush bristles to pick off my face after finishing my makeup. Not a good look and so frustrating."

"I love using this brush every day for applying foundation. The reason I am rating it 4 instead of 5 is because the brush had an unpleasant odor upon opening up the package. I let it air out a day but the smell remained. I used brush cleaner and lots of water. In 2 days the smell was gone."
