A change to less efficient plastic packaging
"I used to LOVE this mascara and went to reorder it, only to see that the packaging has been completely changed to something far less efficient. The brush has been changed as well and I loved the old style so much. And it seems maybe even the formula since it now adds thickening to the title. I’m worried to purchase it for that alone. The old packaging had a slim gold metal tube and this one has a flat end which will result in product waste. I researched why the packaging change and answers were that the brand is moving away from plastic packaging for some of their products which is why am so confused as to why you switched to a plastic toothpaste tube essentially? I’m so grieved because this was my lifetime favorite. Please switch it back!!"

Best ever
"This is my favorite mascara of all time. I do use the conditioner with it and it gives me perfect, light coverage on my fine lashes with the least clumping I have ever experienced and stays on all day. I’m surprised it doesn’t have more positive reviews."

Very good, only 1 con for me.
"This mascara is overall amazing, though the only issue I have is a bit of flakiness. Throughout the day, I have noticed some flakes of mascara on my glasses or under eyes, but other than that, this is one of my favorite mascaras. Another thing I would like to note, this mascara in shade Espresso really makes my blue eyes pop! Looks GORGEOUS!"

"Opened the box to discover that mascara had dried out. Reached out to customer service who immediately replaced with another (thank you). However, it too is dried out! Time to retire that product…"

"I’ve order many items from Jane over the years. I’ve really been pleased with everything except this. It seems like there’s product in the tube but the mascara wand comes out dry. . I’m going to call customer service to see if they can give me a refund or another item."
