"The first time I purchased the PureBrow Shaping pencil. And when I went to re-order again, I did not realize this time I must have accidentally selected the precision pencil. Had no idea there were two different style of pencils. The precision pencil is soooo tiny compared to the shaping pencil. Would not recommend. However would recommend the Pure Brow Shaping pencil - worked great. Buyer beware of what pencil you are adding to cart. The Shaping pencil has a larger surface area and has a beveled/slanted edge for easy application (this one i did like). The precision pencil looks like it would be used to help draw eyebrows on an ant."

"I have ordered this many times and loved it. However, the last shipment I received, the product has changed. It is much smaller and the design has changed as well. The price is outrageous for what you get now. I won't be buying this again. It would have helpful to know ahead of time that the product has changed so drastically."

"I have purchased two eyebrow pencils, both faulty. Each time I wanted to use the brush end of one of the pencils, the whole brush, along with the cap, would come off. Ugh!! Annoying. Worse yet, the second pencil had the twistable cylinder that wouldn’t stay locked in place. Pretty much unusable!"
