How can I use the liquid blush with powder foundation? Which order should I layer them?: Great question! We recommend applying your powder foundation first, then applying our Liquid Blush. That way if it needs to be toned down you can simply use the excess powder left on the brush used for powder to apply directly on top of the blush!
