The only response customers received was that the company changes colors every so often - without customer feedback ofcourse. Decisions like this seem to be made without listening to customer feedback. Even when loyal customers asked for the shade to be brought back, nothing changed. That’s how brands lose devoted customers - people who would have supported the brand for years if they felt heard and valued"
