Getting Started

Simply create an account with us - it’s free! Once your account is set up, you’ll automatically begin receiving emails about sales,
promotions, and new launches.

If you already have an account or have purchased with us before, you’re already enrolled. Just sign in and start earning points.

All customers are welcome to join Jane’s Beauty Rewards and
can earn points, unlock perks, and enter tiers.

When signed into your account, visit the Jane’s Beauty Rewards page. You’ll see all tiers listed, and your current tier will be highlighted with a box around it.

Earning Points

You can earn points by:

  • Making purchases
  • Entering your birthday
  • Leaving product reviews
  • Referring friends
  • Following us on social media
  • Engaging in other listed activities on our rewards page

Points are added to your account once your order has been fulfilled or once an interaction is completed.

No. Only purchases made after your rewards account is created will earn points. Be sure to create an account before placing an order.

A few common reasons:

  • You may have checked out as a guest. You must be signed into your account to earn points.
  • You returned your purchase - any associated points will be deducted.
  • Your order may have been cancelled.

Redeeming Points & Rewards

At checkout, use the slider above your cart total to choose the number of points you’d like to apply, then click APPLY.

Yes. If you return your entire order, you’ll be refunded the total amount paid after the discount. The redeemed points will be added back to your account.

Managing Your Account

If you do not make a purchase or earn any points for 12 months, your account becomes dormant. Your points will reset to zero, and you’ll move back to then lowest tier.

Referral & Birthday Rewards

Add your birthday under “Ways to Earn” on the rewards page.

You’ll receive an additional birthday reward (based on your loyalty tier).

If your birthday is within 30 days of signing up, your reward will be sent 30 days after your registration — this applies only to your first year.

Misuse may result in account termination.

Possible causes:

  • An email address was mistyped.
  • Multiple addresses were entered without commas.

Try entering each email one at a time and clicking Sendafter each.
